• Payment for consulting services will only be made after a “Heshbonit Iska” (pro-forma tax invoice / transaction invoice) is issued and sent to the customer.

• Payment for books may be made:

  • On site at a sale or event, or through an invoice sent in advance.

  • For books purchased online, delivery will be made within 7 business days.

 

Privacy & Use of Information

• The site may collect basic personal information from users, such as name, email, phone number, address and payment details.

• This information is used only to:

  • Process orders and payments

  • Provide consulting services and customer support

  • Send invoices and shipping updates

• The information will not be sold or passed on to third parties, except:

  • To payment processors, delivery services, or other service providers as needed to complete the transaction

  • If required by law or by a competent authority

• The site undertakes to safeguard customers’ information as reasonably as possible, but cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.

Responsibility & Disclaimers

• The products and services on the site (including books and consulting) are provided “as is”.

• Any use of the site, products, or services is the sole responsibility of the customer.

• The site owner will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may result from:

   

  • Use of the site

  • Use of any product purchased

  • Use of any advice or information given in consulting or in the books

• Any information or advice provided is for general educational and informational purposes only and does not replace professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.) from a qualified expert.

Age Restriction

• Purchases and use of the site are intended for users 18 years and older.

• By making a purchase, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old.

 

Delivery Terms (Books)

• Books purchased online will be delivered within 7 business days from the date of payment, to the address provided by the customer.

• Delivery may be made by registered post, courier, or another delivery method as specified at checkout.

• The site will not be responsible for delays caused by:

   

  • Strikes

  • Holidays

  • Force majeure events

  • Delays or malfunctions of the postal or courier services

  • Any reason dependent on the customer (wrong address, not available to receive delivery, etc.)

 

Cancellation & Returns

• Cancellation of a purchase and returns will be handled in accordance with Israeli consumer protection law.

• A customer may usually cancel the purchase of a book within 14 days of receiving it, provided the book is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.

• To cancel, the customer must send a written notice by email, including name, order number, and contact details.

• After the product is returned in good condition, a refund will be given, minus any lawful cancellation fee and minus shipping costs, as allowed by law.

• Consulting services already provided cannot be refunded, except where required by law.
